The Beltrading website is an e-commerce site open only to individuals for retail purchases.
Customers can open a customer account by completing the form located at the top of the page on the right via the “My Account” link.
Beltrading reserves the right to block entry to its site to any customer, at any time and without any justification or prior notice. Users and customers of the online store cannot claim any loss or compensation due to this exclusion.

Orders are typically packaged and shipped within one business day of receiving payment and are shipped via your chosen logistics company at the end of the day. Under normal circumstances, delivery times vary from 2 to 3 working days maximum for an address in Belgium. For express shipments, delivery times vary from 24 hours to 48 hours. Delivery times for shipments without a tracking number vary from 2 to 5 days. However, in the event of unforeseen delays caused by the shipping company, delivery may take up to 7 working days. Please take weekends and official holidays into account before placing your orders. You can track your shipment online using the link you will receive in the confirmation email, if applicable.
Any purchase made before 5 p.m. of the same day, the package will be sent the same day to the transport company.
Delays
Delays in deliveries are rare, but can sometimes occur unintentionally. Please note that Beltrading accepts no liability in the event of late delivery.
Shipping and processing
We advise you to combine your purchases into a single order to avoid additional processing and shipping costs. We cannot combine two separate orders placed separately. Individual shipping charges will be applied for each separate order. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken for packages containing fragile products.
Claim for missing
When you receive your package, please make sure you are the first person to open the package upon delivery. When the courier of the shipping company brings the package to you, please check it carefully. You can also open the package in the presence of the delivery person and check if any items are missing against the invoice/receipt. In the event of loss or damage to a package noted upon receipt of the goods, do not forget to inform us in writing.
Products unavailable
The Beltrading online store is updated regularly. However, some items may have been discontinued or occasionally out of stock. If you have ordered and already paid for unavailable items, your payment will be refunded. We will ship the remaining items in your order. Beltrading declines all responsibility relating to the unavailability of items ordered on its e-commerce site. Customers and users of the online store cannot claim any loss or compensation due to non-delivery.
Guarantee
All electronic items are guaranteed for three months. You can return electronic items that do not work to our store. We will check these items for malfunctions. Beltrading guarantees the replacement of defective items with new ones. Please note that defects caused by customer misuse will not be refunded. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide any warranty for non-electronic products, nor for products sent without a tracking number.
